For any personal data matter, the point of contact is the business itself, at the details above.
We are a private business. We are not a public service and we do not act on behalf of the state.
2. What data we collect
- Through the website contact forms: full name, phone, e-mail, request category and your message. The form for Cypriot citizens additionally asks for a residential address in Cyprus and a Cyprus Tax Identification Code (TIC), because these are required for the corresponding procedures.
- When you contact us by phone, e-mail or social media: the details you yourself give us.
- While handling a case: the documents and details you hand over to us or authorise us to obtain (for example: identity details, supporting documents, authorisations, Taxisnet credentials or authorisations), strictly to the extent required for that specific case.
The website uses no tracking cookies and collects no browsing data for advertising purposes. See theCookies Policy.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Performance of an instruction / contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): to handle the case you assign to us, or to answer a request of yours before any such assignment.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): when you submit a form on the website. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)): tax and accounting legislation.
4. Who it is transmitted to
- To public bodies, only on your instruction and for the handling of your case: for example EFKA (social security), DYPA (employment service), AADE (tax authority), OPEKA (welfare benefits agency), courts, KEPA (disability assessment), municipalities and other services.
- To the website's technical providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and delivery of the website). The map loads from Google only if you choose to display it, and Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookies Policy).
- Form service: Form submissions are received and stored by our own form service, operated by the studio that maintains this website, and forwarded to us by email. They are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and are deleted on request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script.
- Transfers outside the EEA: some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the US). Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful basis.
We do not sell or hand over personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

- Credentials and authorisations (for example Taxisnet) are used solely for the act for which they were given and are not stored after it is complete.
- Messages from the contact forms are kept for as long as is needed to serve the request.
6. Security
The website operates exclusively over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). Case documents are held with restricted access and no unnecessary copies are made.
7. Display preferences
